I like building things people can actually use.

Most of my work sits in two worlds: Android and Wear OS products that people can download, and AI projects where I explore how software can understand images, text and data.

I have published 200+ watch faces and worked on a wide range of AI projects. Here are some of the ones I enjoyed building most.

MSC DISSERTATION

AI Skin Condition Classifier

For my final Master’s project, I built a system that looks at a skin image, identifies whether it appears acne-prone, dry or oily, and then suggests suitable skincare products.

From a photo to a useful recommendation.

I trained a MobileNetV2 image model on 793 curated images. On unseen test images, it reached 86.67% accuracy. I then connected the result to a simple recommendation system so the project went beyond just classifying an image.
